Natalia Wiernik is an award winning multimedia artist based in Cracow, Poland. Was born in 1989. Student at the Faculty of Graphic Arts at the Jan Matejko Academy of Fine Arts in Cracow between 2008 – 2013. Since 2015, Wiernik has been pursuing her doctoral studies at the Department of Animation, Photography and Digital Media and now she works as a teacher there. Her artistic projects, which are gaining international renown, have been presented at numerous exhibitions, reviews and photography festivals in London, New York, Los Angeles, Florence, Munich, Paris, Arles and Zürich. Her works were published in British Journal Photography, The Guardian, L'Obs and many others.
The issue of identity has become one of the most important subjects in her artistic work.
